BAPTÊME SUIVI D’UN NETWORKING & COCKTAIL PARTY EN COMPAGNIE DE BERTRAND PICCARD

Bruxelles met à l’honneur la transition énergétique à l’occasion du baptême du Voilier SOLARWIND avec la présence exceptionnelle de BERTRAND PICCARD, parrain du voilier ZÉRO énergie fossile, le 19 avril 2023 à 16h30 au Bruxelles Royal Yacht Club a.s.b.l.

En tant que partenaire organisateur de l’évènement, nous avons le plaisir de vous inviter au baptême du voilier Zéro énergie fossile d’Édouard De Keyser, qui marquera le début de son aventure à la Global Solo Challenge 2023-2024, (course autour du monde en solitaire et sans escale), dont le départ sera donné à la Corogne au mois de septembre prochain. Ce voilier, parrainé par Bertrand Piccard, est conçu pour naviguer autour du monde sans prendre à bord la moindre énergie fossile et utilise des alternatives technologiques, offrant ainsi un exemple de solution durable pour la navigation de plaisance mais aussi dans de nombreux autres domaines.

Nous sommes fiers de soutenir Edouard, qui s’engage à naviguer autrement, symbolisant la transition énergétique appliquée à l’aventure en haute mer, et comptons sur vous pour venir l’encourager à l’occasion du baptême du bateau. En tant que parrain de ce projet, Bertrand Piccard est un véritable visionnaire et un leader mondial de la lutte contre le changement climatique. Sa participation au projet de SolarWind renforce l’importance de cette initiative et souligne la nécessité de continuer à promouvoir des solutions durables pour l’avenir de notre planète.

Brussel zet energietransitie in de schijnwerpers ter gelegenheid van de doop van de zeilboot SOLARWIND. Dit zal gebeuren met de uitzonderlijke aanwezigheid van BERTRAND PICCARD, sponsor van de emissievrije zeilboot, op 19 april 2023 om 16.30 uur in de Bruxelles Royal Yacht Club vzw.

Als organiserende partner van het evenement nodigen wij u graag uit voor de doop van de emissievrije zeilboot van Édouard De Keyser, dat het startschot geeft voor zijn avontuur in de Global Solo Challenge 2023-2024 (non-stop solowedstrijd rond de wereld), die in september in La Coruña van start gaat. Deze zeilboot, gesponsord door Bertrand Piccard, is ontworpen om rond de wereld te varen zonder enige fossiele brandstof aan boord en gebruikt technologische alternatieven, en wil zo een voorbeeld zijn van een duurzame oplossing voor de pleziervaart en op vele andere gebieden.

Wij zijn trots dat we Edouard in deze ambitieuze onderneming kunnen steunen en hopen dat u samen met ons deze historische gebeurtenis komt vieren. Als sponsor van dit project is Bertrand Piccard een echte visionair en wereldleider in de strijd tegen klimaatverandering. Zijn betrokkenheid bij het SolarWind-project versterkt het belang van dit initiatief en benadrukt de noodzaak om duurzame oplossingen voor de toekomst van onze planeet te blijven bevorderen.

Brussels is celebrating the energy transition with the christening of the sailing boat SOLARWIND with the exceptional presence of BERTRAND PICCARD, godfather of the sailing boat ZERO fossil energy, on 19 April 2023 at 4.30 p.m. at the Brussels Royal Yacht Club a.s.b.l. 

As an organising partner of the event, we are pleased to invite you to the christening of Édouard De Keyser’s Zero Fossil Energy sailing boat, which will mark the beginning of his adventure in the Global Solo Challenge 2023-2024 (non-stop single-handed round-the-world race), which will start in La Coruña next September. This sailing boat, sponsored by Bertrand Piccard, is designed to sail around the world without taking on board any fossil fuel and uses technological alternatives, thus offering an example of sustainable solutions for recreational sailing but also in many other areas.

We are proud to support Edouard, who is committed to sailing in a different way, symbolising the energy transition applied to adventure on the high seas, and we rely on you to come and encourage him on the occasion of the christening of the boat.
